Attempted to get replacements for defective shoes at shoe retailer not where I bought them because I bought them on vacation. I called the company, and they refused to allow me to talk to someone about it.

Insisted that I email. Tried to log a complaint for the policy because online email communication is worthless. Treated me with contempt & reprimanded me as if I were a child. I called him on it, but tried the email anyway.

I got an email immediately telling me it would be two weeks before they would even read the request. Good shoes - lousy service.

A complete joke when it comes to customer service. This is the first and last time I am going to deal with this company!

I too fully found that they are unkind and useless. Just look when this was first posted and how long it took them to reply.

I was told there is only 5 people working returns. I suggested they hire more. I was told that is how they can afford to sell at a low price. I think it is they are mostly made in China.

Their USA products are 60% more. Mine were China.

And they are junk!!! I hope this company goes under.
