I am a former soldier and work in the railroad industry and liked the look of and reputation of Keen boots.I bought two pairs, one for summer and one for winter.
Within 6 month I had gone through both pairs and the outer sole of the boots just tore apart and wore to nothing. I contacted Keen about their warranty and they denied the claim and gave me 20% off my next purchase.
Why would anyone buy boots that don't work and fall apart?I will never buy Keens again and will recommend to all the students that I train that they don't waste their money on garbage.
