I originally bought a pair of Keens while hiking in Colorado, Elbert, reccomended to me by the *** running an outdoors outfitter in Estes Park (I was hiking Elbert). The boots held up well enough for the initial hike, though when next I used them, later the same year,...

I have a pair of Keen shoes that I love but the left one squeaks with each step. It is not the insole as I have taken it out and it continues. It is so pronounced that even while sitting and pushing on the toe it will squeak. I do not have a receipt as I have had these...

Keen Shoes Shoes Review

Purchased Keen steel toe boots for work in October and now 6 months later they are falling apart. Stitching coming undone, soles are peeling. I could have gotten the same quality of boots from Wal-Mart for $30 instead of the $200 these cost.

On the website, they claim, you can have a pair of boots made custom. Yet, they are unable to repair or simply just send me a pair of soles, so my local cobbler could repair them. I wore through the soles in a couple years because I love the boots. Now the soles leak...

I purchased a pair of Keen steel toed work boots about a year ago or so. Several months ago the interior of the boots started poking in around the base of the outer toes. Got worse over time and I found myself in the middle of a out of town project with my only work...

After both of us having purchased Keen shoes, we were disappointed that the sole separated from the shoe. My husband's shoes separated first. When he contacted Keen customer service, they said that the shoes were only covered under warranty for a year, and they would...

Had a problem with two pairs of Keen's that the sole separated from the shoe. Tried to get them repaired, obviously the glue is defective. Keen's customer service took over two months to respond and all they offered was a 20% discount on a new pair. Why would I buy...

Keen Shoes - Boots Review from Hampton, New Hampshire
If spend over $160 for a pair of boots, you would expect they would last longer than a year. First of all, they are not waterproof. Just walking in wet grass for a period of time your feet get soaked. Secondly, Lee Souls on the boots are starting to crack and cannot be repaired. Never again.

I purchased these keen sandles for approximately $110.00. I have worn them maybe 10 times. Just wore them to Las Vegas 108 degrees temps ..I love the comfort, but hate the smell of my feet after wearing them. Just noticed tonight the glue on the inside seams are falling apart... Help...they should be under warranty. But I'm sure they'll want a receipt. Any advise would be great.
